  • Main Characteristics

    1. Adopt the most advanced CNC mode.

    2. Rectifier bridge: a three-phase fully-controlled rectifier bridge composed of die blocks is used.

    3. Smoothing filter: The smoothing adopts water-cooled reactance, and the filtering adopts LC series resonance method, which can effectively filter out 300HZ harmonics.

    4. Inverter bridge: High-power field effect transistors from American International Rectifier are used.

    5.Tank capacitors: high-quality high-frequency capacitors are used.

    6. The control circuit adopts the 89S51 microcomputer produced by ATMEL, the world's first single-chip manufacturer, and is equipped with a large-scale integrated circuit.

    7. The main working principle of the equipment is similar to that of the traditional brazing machine, and the difference lies in the high-frequency power supply, where the original electronic tube has been replaced by powerful transistor MOSFET.and its basic principle is as follows:

    The common three-phase AC (wire voltage 380V, frequency 50HZ) will enter rectifying bridge (controllable silicon three-phase controlled rectifying bridge) after passing the step down transformer and then transforms into pulsating DC, which then enters inverter bridge after filtering wave (adopt powerful transistor MOSFET) and transforms into high-frequency current, which then is provided to the loading tank (resonant capacitance and inductive head). The inverter bridge adopts modularized structure, each pair of power unit can output power 50kw, and equipment with different powers will use different number of power units. And the basic structure of equipments is the same as each other regardless of the size of equipments.

    Compared with electronic tube high-frequency equipment, the solid high-frequency has the following advantages:

    (1)Good brazing quality: The compare shows that the work pieces brazed by solid high-frequency enjoy average level of attainment and plain surface.

    (2)Energy-saving: The test shows that the equipment can save more than 30% electric power than that of electronic tube equipment with the same specification.

    (3)Water-saving: As its small energy consumption, it does not need too much cooling water, as a result, the water usage is 50% less than that of Electron tube equipment with the same specification.

    (4)Small volume and light weight: As the main power components (MOSFET) are very small and without the components such as glower voltage stabilizer, match coil and grid circuit.

    (5)Convenient operation: It can be opened and stopped at any time and does not require pre-heating like electronic tube equipment and continuous cooling after stop.

    (6)Safe and trustable application: After repeated modification experiment, the technology has been very mature and the operation is trustable, all the parts work under low voltage and can prevent from human casualty accidents.
